I started the 4 Hour Body plan last Tuesday. My Free-Day was yesterday. My total loss for week one prior to yesterday was -5.5 lbs. I didn't take measurements, but I know the bloating is down.
I have found it easy to stick with the eating plan knowing I have one day to look forward to. I did cheat with some dark chocolate on a couple of nights, but only 2 small pieces.
I also didn’t exercise AT ALL during the first week. I was just tired and anxious.
We’ll see how it goes this week.
